You create your own environment on their Grid into which you can install whatever you want. It's more like an elastic VPS I guess. It's worth studying their website to understand it. Have you seen Amazon's ECC? It's a bit like that.

They also do a more traditional VPS.

The control panel is very nice.</description>

		<description>I am a little scared to go back to shared hosting.  I think I will give them a call.  How is that control panel?  I am used to CPanel myself.  I was going to try Plesk because it takes less resources but haven't yet.</description>

They also do VPS, but Grid Server is something else - worth checking out.</description>
