I myself have wondered about that and a few others. I am attend an AG church (but am licensed by another organization). The AG finds it clear that women can hold any position (though the entire leadership of the national staff and almost every church is men) yet say that ministers must never drink a sip of wine for any reason (though Jesus made, drank, and told his disciples to drink it in remembrance of Him).
