		<description>Take pictures.  Lots of pictures.  You guys are going to be telling stories to the newbies a few years down the road and you need the pictures to go with them.  Really.  It will be useful for the newbies to know that you did not start out high-powered and polished.  It will give them hope for their own ministries when God starts speaking to them.</description>

		<description>Hey Carl, about the sound dying on you....all I can say is....been there, done that, got the T-shirt!  We used to have a situation with the sound system - everytime we had a good turnout of visitors, the sound died.  You could bet on it.  After a lot of huffin&#039; and puffin&#039; I got to expect some resistance to our meetings (Duh!) - and even got to laugh at it on several ocassions.  Yes I know...the laughing thing...doesn&#039;t sound very spiritual, but at least I managed to stay with a semblance of sanity :)
