It is just fitting that tonight I am teaching on " The Gift of Healings". I will use this as a modern day example. Thanks for the inspiration!

David - I was crying when I typed it. I was afraid someone was going to walk in my office and wonder what was wrong with me.

WOW! Thank you heavenly Daddy! MORE LORD!!!

May I recommend to you the three videos from the recently done "Soaking in the Glory Conference" at TACF in which Heidi Baker was the speaker. These three videos are wonderful and the first one touched me the most.

In Christ

I think the dad was bing cautious. I have easily seen people pray for this kid 25 times in the year I have known him. Ithink he was fulfilling the requirement to go to the priest to verify the healing. I may have worded it in a way that was not truly representative of what happened.

Little side note. His dad told him that very day that he believed that the disease was gone and that they now needed to believe God to stretch the muscles!

Praise God! Thanks for posting on God working through you. The world may think it's some crazy stuff that they won't believe, but the power of God is real. He is ready when His children call, with gifts far beyond anything we deserve. Hallelujah!

The response of the dad at the end of the post was a little off-putting, as if he was to be the one to arrange the healing, but he did give credit where it was due. I love to hear stories about our youth catching the fire and allowing the Holy Spirit to have his way.
