If you are fairly knowledgeable with posting podcasts would you drop me a line? I can’t seem to get some issues worked out.
Thanks

OK, I did not use itunes the whole year. Nonetheless, here is the top 25 songs I listened to this year:

Here are some facts about some of the artists/songs:
Rick Pino - Holy Is Our King You may not have heard of Rick Pino. He has some really good stuff. My biggest pet peave is that “prophetic worship” is an excuse to not sound good. Rick goes far against that grain.
Hillsong United - Lead Me To The Cross - Hillsong United - Fugetaboutit
Jeff Deyo - Bless the Lord (Featuring Rita Springer) I love this song. But it is the only one of his that I listen to.
Tye Tribbett & G.A. - No Other Choice Went through some hard times and I had this on repeat to encourage me. Worship music does that for me.
Extraordinary - Hear Us From Heaven I don’t know this church or who extraordinary is but Kari Jobe sings this song and almost everything she sings is anointed.
Klaus Kuehn - Jesus Lover Of My Soul Again, I don’t know who this guy is but he plays some really anointed music and Kari Jobe is on some of the tracks.
New Life Worship - Here in Your Presence I got put onto this song by my worship leader Serg.
JesusCulture - All I Need This is an anointed version of the Hillsong tune. Done by one of the worship teams at Bethel.
Canton Jones - The Password Wish Canton Jones made more stuff like this. (Jesus is the password.)
Christ For The Nations Institute - Revelation Song More Kari Jobe. She was on like 4 different disks this year.
Israel & New Breed - Another Breakthrough I did not know this guy’s songs were anointed till I heard the disk. I heard them in church a million times.
Lecrae - After The Music Stops After it’s over, after it ends, after the music stops, what then?
Will you understand that Christ is King? Or will you just like the words we sing after the music stops.
Jason Upton - Glory Come Down Gotta have a little Jasoon
Not listed for technical reasons:
Misty Edwards - Only A Shadow I had to re-import my Misty Edwards stuff so her count got lost. I have a live version of this that I blast from time to time.
Brian & Jenn Johnson - Where You Go I’ll Go This song also got reset numerically but it should be in the top 5. Again, this is the only song I really like.

This is the top 10 posts of 2007 as calculated by which 10 posts I picked first. This is a blatant rip off of Stuff I think who ripped it from someone else. So, in no particular order here they are:
Yeah, so that is only nine. Maybe call the last one a tithe. Or maybe you are so bored that you don’t see your favorite of this year on the list. If you make a recommendation you will get 100 free cool points!

So what do you get the young revivalist on his birthday?
A Shure Beta 58a of course!
I had no idea that sound equipment was so expensive.
Thanks Ralph and Khamille!
Please pray for a sound board.

In a couple weeks I am going to the Enjoy The Ride conference at New Freedom Church in Webb Alabama.
I don’t know anything about the church, I am going to see, and hopefully meet, Bill Johnson. The Mission is connected to his apostolic network Global Legacy.
If you are going to be at the conference or in the area give me a shout at revivalblog at gmail punto com.

The Mission is in Bible study mode with our regular Friday night meeting. We currently have about a dozen or so people who show up regularly. This past Friday I had Wes preach. Wes has not been to bible school or seminary but he has answered the call of Jesus, has submitted himself to discipleship and is called to preach.
Pastors, is splitting your church the only way someone in your congregation can get the pulpit? The Bible says that the gift makes room for itself so if there are anointed people in your midst, give them room to operate in their gifting. They are there for a reason.
Wes preached part II of my sermon on faith. My only regret is that we did not get a recording of it.

I design websites so there is absolutely no way I am willing to drop a grand on an outside firm to create a site for The Mission. I have a bare bones site made from Wordpress but am thinking about further functionality.
I came across Web Empowered Church which is based on Typo3. Here are the extensions it comes with. Has anyone used it? I would think that an open sourced web package would be built on drupal or Joomla given their prevelance but have not found one.
Can anyone recommend any such package? I need all the basics, sermon dl, directory, calender, and the likes with the additional functionality of a shopping cart capable of selling digital products.
This is where that church planting forum would come in handy.

Does anyone find it significant that Jesus never quotes Daniel yet most end time doctrines rely heavily on Daniel’s writings?
Also, have you ever noticed how people will manifest if you challenge their view of the end times? I wonder if they will try to rebuke Jesus when He does not submit to their flow chart.

The Methodist church still uses the cross and a flame as a symbol but the flame went out long ago. What do you do when your founding no longer lines up with your current church? In other words, what do you do when your methodology does not reflect your stated theology? In other words, let me see your methodology and I will show you your true theology.
So what does it mean when your stated and preached theology does not reflect your actual theology? You are a liar. You may not mean to be, but you are.
Have you ever been in a service that had an altar call for the baptism in the Holy Ghost then did not actually lay hands on anyone to receive it? I have. Ever seen a man stand in the pulpit of a denominationaly pentecostal church and preach sola scriptura? I have. Ever been persecuted by the elders of a pentecostal church because their teenage children saw open visions of the end times in one of your meetings? I have. And every time I thought it was some sort of bizarre isolated occurrence. I no longer think so.
These are the works of the flesh that take place when pentecostal faith is no longer being exercised. It seems in every generation or so a new move has to come along and restate what the generation before was supposed to carry.
I have decided to preach it from the rooftop and I really don’t care who it offends.
