UPDATE: Got this message from freshfire
We ask that you would please keep Todd Bentley and Fresh Fire in your prayers at this time. Todd had a minor heart attack on Saturday night in Uganda, Africa after preaching at the last night of the miracle festival. He was taken to the hospital where he had another minor heart attack. He is presently resting in a hospital in Kampala, Uganda, where he continues to undergo various tests.
The doctors have diagnosed his condition as Angina Pectoria, which is chest discomfort or pain which radiates to the right or left arm, back, neck or jaw. Angina occurs when part of the heart muscle is not receiving enough blood and oxygen to meet the immediate need. This decrease in blood and oxygen is temporary and usually due to a narrowing or a spasm in a coronary artery. Todds condition, they say, was brought on by high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and stress.
Todd will continue to rest in the hospital for the next few days. He is expected to return home on Thursday at the same time the rest of the team returns.
Prayer Needs:
Please pray for healing and peace for Todd at this time, and for wisdom for the doctors.
Pray for Shonnah and the children that the peace of God which passes all understanding would guard them.
Pray for protection and traveling mercies for the Uganda team as they return home.
We also ask that you would cover the ministry in prayer right now, and agree that the Lord would give us wisdom with regards to future ministry events and scheduling. We appreciate all your support, encouragement and prayers at this time. The Lord has given us, at Fresh Fire, a peace that what the enemy meant for evil, God will work for good. We are confident that God will bring Todd through and that he will be stronger than ever on the other side of this situation.

Wow, sound heavy. But God cares about Todd and he will recover fast! He is in my prayers.
Tom
The latest news is that he is going to be ok. God is good but Todd is not exactly the picture of good health and looks far older than his late 20s.
This is a very sad thing. I know that the pressures of a busy international ministry can be incredibly great. I pray that the Lord will give Todd and his family wisdom about how to pursue God’s call for the long haul. Many godly and annointed men and women of the past broke down physically before their time because they did not set limits upon themselves and balance an intense ministry calling with proper rest and care of their bodies. We want to see Todd proclaiming the kingdom for many years (or until the Lord returns) so I hope that this can be a wake up call for them if they do need to make lifestyle changes.
My prayers are with you and your family Todd. I send a word of healing to you right now in the Name of Jesus! Arise and be healed In Jesus Name. Relax in Him, and just heal Todd. Now Live in Him. I thank God for you, you have taught me so much! Without even knowing who I am. I feel like i’ve known you for ages. Your teachings have helped me tremendously! Especially Deveoping you seer gift!
God bless
In His love and mine
Lisa
